Contains 12 high-quality active ingredients traditionally known to assist with acute and chronic aches/pains, general aches & pains, bruises, swelling, sprains, strains, lower back pain, growing pains and headaches.X-Zone Relief Rub contains 5 New Zealand native herbals that have customarily been used by the New Zealand Maori to assist with bruising, swelling, pulled muscles, soreness, sprains and strains. Best option for those preferring to massage deeply into sore or aching muscles, joints, ligaments and tendons.

Wash hands with warm, soapy water after use.

 Directions

Apply topically, up to 5 applications within a 24 hour period. For best results, apply a generous amount of X-ZONE, then massage deeply into the target area(s). Amount will vary depending on the size of the muscle group/target area - generally between 1-5ml per application. To optimise efficacy, open the pores of the skin prior to application, either via exercise, a hot shower/bath, sauna or heated wheat bag.
