Following your first contact with us you will be asked to complete a New Account Form.

Usually it takes between 1-3 days and you will receive a confirmation regarding your account terms.

You can place an order either by email, by telephone or on our online store. Please provide our product codes where possible as this will speed up delivery of your order. You will receive an order confirmation for you to check before dispatch.

There is no minimum order amount.

For retail customers buying online: Orders placed online before 12 pm will be processed and ready to be dispatched the same day. We partner with Aramax for our deliveries.

Wholesale clients, usually 3 to 7 days. If stock needs to be ordered in you will be advised of the lead time accordingly.

Credit facilities are available subject to status.

Our pricing is based on orders of large quantities but special discounts may be available for some products ordered in pallet quantities. Pricing is subject to change.
